There are a number of reasons why your card might not be working online or over the phone. First check the following:
- The card has sufficient funds to cover the cost of the purchase
- Are you trying to spend in excess of either the daily or monthly spending limit you have set in the app?
- Have you switched on 'online and phone' functionality in your app [see 'Limits' screen]?
