There are a number of reasons why the card might not be working at a cashpoint. First check the following:
- Does the Sibstar card have enough funds to cover the amount of the withdrawal, plus the 99p fee?
- Check you have switched on cashpoint use in the Sibstar app.
- Check the withdrawal amount is not more than the daily withdrawal limit you have set in the app.
- Check the maximum number of cashpoint withdrawals per day has not been exceeded. We have set this to a maximum of 3 per day.
- Check that withdrawal amount is not greater than the maximum amount per day or more than the maximum amount in one go. We set both of these at £250.
Note: Some cashpoints will charge for a cash withdrawal. This fee is added to the withdrawal amount, plus our 99p fee. So make sure you have enough money loaded on the Sibstar card to cover the withdrawal amount plus all fees.
