If you don't want to use your Sibstar card anymore, there are two options:
Option 1: You can temporarily freeze your card. Here’s how:
- Log into the app
- Click the ‘More’ button
- Select ‘Freeze card’
- Switch the toggle to green, this will automatically freeze your card
You will see a ‘Card frozen’ message on your screen; this means your card cannot be used until it is 'unfrozen'. [You can ‘unfreeze’ your card by switching the toggle back to grey.]
Option 2: You can cancel your card and close your Sibstar account by emailing our customer service team on hello@sibstar.co.uk. Remember to send us the name of the Cardholder of the account you'd like to close.
