How do I freeze or unfreeze my card?

You can instantly freeze or unfreeze your card using the Sibstar app. Simply follow these steps:

1. Log into the app
2. Click the ‘More’ button
3. Select ‘Freeze card’ 
4. Switch the toggle to green, this will automatically freeze your card

You will see a ‘Card frozen’ message on your screen - this means your card cannot be used.

You can unfreeze your card by switching the toggle back to grey at any time.
