If you enter your PIN unsuccessfully three or more times at a shop or cashpoint your card will be automatically blocked for security reasons. This keeps your money safer.
You can unblock your card at a cashpoint, here’s how:
- Insert your Sibstar card into a cashpoint
- Select ‘Unblock PIN’ from the menu screen
- Follow the instructions onscreen
If you have forgotten your PIN, you can reveal it within the app. Here’s how:
- Log into the app
- Click ‘Card’
- Click ‘Show PIN’
Your PIN will be revealed briefly.
