If the card has stopped working, firstly give it a clean by rubbing the gold 'chip' on the front. Sometimes dirt or residue covers the chip which stops it working.
If the card is clean and still not working you can order a replacement by emailing us at hello@sibstar.co.uk.
Remember to send us the name of the Cardholder and the reason a new card is needed.
