If you think the card has been lost or stolen you must firstly ‘freeze’ it in the app.
- Log into the app
- Click the ‘More’ button
- Select ‘Freeze card’
- Switch the toggle to green, this will automatically freeze the card
You will see a ‘Card frozen’ message on your screen; this means the card cannot be used until it is 'unfrozen'.
Then, let us know the card has been lost or stolen by calling our customer service team on 01962 676 080 or send an email to hello@sibstar.co.uk.
Remember to send us the name of the Cardholder.
