How can I set up notifications on my phone?

Real-time notifications are an important feature of the Sibstar app and debit card.  These keep Supporters [and Cardholders] up-to-date on spending.

To enable spending notifications in the app, follow these steps:

1. Log into the Sibstar app
2. Select ‘More’
3. Select ‘Notifications’
4. Switch the 'Phone' toggle to 'On'

Next, check your phone itself allows notifications from the Sibstar app:

1. Go to your phone's settings
2. Select 'Notifications'
3. Find Sibstar in your list of apps
4. Tap on the Sibstar logo to open the app's notification settings on your phone
5. Switch the 'Show notifications' toggle to 'On'

You will now receive real-time notifications, these will display on your phone screen each time your Sibstar debit card is used.
