Cashpoint withdrawals cost 99p each.
Important note:
- Some cashpoints themselves charge up to £5 for withdrawals: this fee is on top of our 99p charge, so please make sure you are happy with their charges before proceeding.
- You will need to have the amount you wish to withdrawal plus 99p loaded onto the Sibstar card, this is to cover our cashpoint withdrawal fee.
Hint: Make sure the cashpoint toggle is switched on in the app, and you've set cashpoint limits.
A note about Post Office ATMs
Please note: Sibstar cannot currently be used to withdraw cash at Post Office ATMs. However, a cash withdrawal can be made in person at many Post Office counters.
