Yes! Cashpoint withdrawals cost 99p each.
For security reasons, we have set:
- The maximum number of cashpoint withdrawals that can be made in one day is 3
- The maximum you can withdrawal in one go is £250
- The maximum you can withdrawal in one day is £250 time
Important note: Some cashpoints charge up to £5 for withdrawals: this fee is on top of our 99p charge, so please make sure you are happy with their charges before proceeding.
You will need to have the amount you wish to withdrawal, plus 99p, loaded onto the Sibstar card, this is to cover our cashpoint withdrawal fee.
Hint: Make sure the cashpoint toggle is switched on in the app, and you've set the cashpoint limits.
A note about Post Office ATMs
Please note, Sibstar cannot currently be used to withdraw cash at Post Office ATMs. However, a cash withdraw can be made in person at many Post Office counters.
