How do I move money from my Sibstar card back to my Sibstar account?

This is really easy. Here’s how you do it:

1. Log in to the Sibstar app
2. Select ‘Card’
3. Select 'Load card’
4. Enter the amount to transfer
5. Select ‘Card’ to ‘Account’
6. Select ‘Load my account’

Money will instantly move from your Sibstar card back into your Sibstar account. It will no longer be available to spend on your card.
