If the PIN is entered unsuccessfully three or more times at a shop or cashpoint the card will be automatically blocked for security reasons. This keeps the money on the card safe.
You can unblock the card at a cashpoint, here’s how:
- Insert your Sibstar card into a cashpoint
- Select ‘Unblock PIN’ from the menu screen
- Follow the instructions onscreen
You can reveal the PIN within the app. Here’s how:
- Log into the app
- Click ‘Card’
- Click ‘Show PIN’
Your PIN will be revealed for a few seconds in the app.
