How do I reset my PIN to a more memorable number?

You can change your PIN at a cashpoint. Here’s how:

1. Insert your Sibstar card into a cashpoint
2. Select ‘Change PIN’ from the menu screen
3. Follow the instructions on screen
4. PIN changes take immediate effect, and your new PIN will show immediately in your Sibstar app
