Yes. Your Lasting Power of Attorney for Property and Financial Affairs needs to be registered with the Office of Public Guardianship (OPG).
You will know if your Lasting Power of Attorney for Property and Financial Affairs is registered because the paper copy will have the Office of Public Guardianship official stamp with date on the front.
If you can see this stamp and date it means your LPA is registered and can be used.
