What do I need to do the first time I want to use my Sibstar card?

Once you have received your Sibstar card you’ll need to:

1. Activate your card in the app
2. Load your card with your chosen amount of money
3. Set limits in your app. They begin as 'zero' and so the card cannot be used until you have changed this
4. Like all payment cards, your first payment will need to be made using your PIN. After this, contactless payments will be possible, just make sure you have switched these on in the app.
